- He co-founded the leading matching technology company where he continues to serve as an officer and board member. Gopal had also established a successful consulting company that was a premier IBM partner for managing large scale projects.
- He has managed consulting contracts for development and implementation of enterprise level IT projects at leading companies, including American Express, IBM, US Bank, AETNA, Prudential, 3M and AT&T.
- Gopal was instrumental in developing IBM’s Project Management Methodology (WSDDM) and has spoken at national industry conferences on effective project management process and techniques.
- Gopal received a BS in Civil Engineering from Madras University, India, a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the School of Mines and Technology, South Dakota, and an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas, Minnesota.
