For four years, he has been leading JDL's Video Furnace-based video-over-IP projects, planning, designing, and implementing world class end-to-end systems featuring the Video Furnace products.

He designed, and lead the implementation of the Video over IP distribution system in the nation’s fifth largest school district; Clark County Public Schools, Las Vegas, Nevada. The system broadcasts 48 channels of Cox content and Vegas PBS across the fiber network along with 30 schools equipped to deliver their own live broadcast, 24x7!!

Other key product development and implementations were completed in the Florida Department of Education, Broward County Public Schools, Oneida BOCEs (New York), Eagan High School, MN, and others.

Clayton's experiences have involved day-to-day project management of a multi-year, $20M engagement supporting the USVI Department of Education. In this role, he was responsible for developing a local team to design, implement, train, and support solutions to meet the voice, video and data needs of this US Territory.
- Solutions deployed include; Internet access management, email, web services, interior wired and wireless networking, exterior point-to-point wireless microwave networking, active directory services, and voice, video and data distribution and video conferencing.
